Sunshine stoplight.
Red light when i'm thinking of you.
White light when I wasn't a mess in front of you.
Black light when I was a mess in front of you.
Grey light when I haven’t seen you.
Yellow light when I see you.
Blackly written but with flow.
Etched down the end of the frozen time zone.
She picks up the pen from the flask.
As the fireplace heat intensifies
and scaly ice
melts into liquid
that drips down on the aged paper
in a fake cry
so all she was able
to write was
the foolish but hopeful
word

Heroes don't ....
Heroes don't always wear capes
some wear everyday normal clothing
others uniforms and dogtags
some risk their lives everyday
others send messages through song and books
all of them save lives anyway
in one way or another
some of them aren't even real
some do things they're not proud of, that they wish could hide
some bear scars just to hold on to the things they love
some don't even realize they are hero to others
some are.....
it doesn't make a difference to people that love them
some people laugh at those who we call our heroes but we just ignore them
because....
heroes don't need to be perfect for us
they can be flawed,and
This is dark, forgotten ground
